can you put an hho generator in the interior of the car?

Interior? Do you mean within the cab or trunk or under the hood?
Mine's under my hood beside the battery.. but I guess it all depends on how much free space you have. You could potentially put one in your trunk and run a line up to your engine, but in all that length of line you would likely lose vapors to condensation.
