can you run ethonal in car with a HHO hydrogen generator to improve mileage?

Any engine can be modified to run on water injection and/or ethanol injection and/or hydrogen injection, just like gas is now injected into the cylinder. Good luck and let me know how you do by going to CoolingEarth.org
No, unless your combustion efficiency is under 97% you will in fact be loosing efficiency.
