My HHO generator shows no difference on my 1995 chevy 1500 with a 350 any suggestions?

With an older year chevy, you shouldn't have as many O2 sensor problems. However, you may want to attempt an O2 extender as well. Usually on older vehicles -in combination with the wrap trick- it will take care of the problem.
Also, how good are your generators? Consider the total LPM HHO output verses your engine size. You may want to install a better electrode configuration that can give you more for your amp draw.
Your generators may be putting out really good – for a 4 cyl; but probably not enough -in your case- to make a good dent in gasoline consumption.

We have over 100 test vehicles with Hydrogen on Demand to date.
The HHO generators I've seen online are little more than snake oil. It is not the proper method of hydrolysis for creating hydrogen gas. Even if the gas were produced, the energy required exceeds that which could be gained through burning the hydrogen. Otherwise you could use the hydrogen to create energy to run the car and create more hydrogen, essentially greater than 100% efficient which is impossible. If anything, the power required to run the HHO generator is creating a higher load on the engine than before, you are using energy to carry the added junk around, and in the end pumping water vapor, not hydrogen gas into the engine. Get rid of it and your engine will thank you. Losing the added weight and electrical load will improve you mileage.
I've checked out several systems installed by friends, and installed a ScanGauge to monitor fuel consumption. They have bragged about the incredible mileage the HHO has created. As a blind test, I've disabled the system and driven the same course. The driver didn't know whether the HHO was on or not. Fuel consumption with the system disabled does not change. Turning it back on again does not improve either. At best it's just a waste of time. Ultimately you're pumping water vapor into the engine, dragging around useless junk, and losing money on something which simply doesn't work.
I've gained at least 20% extra fuel mileage simply by changing driving style. Ease off the gas pedal, drive the speed limit, don't accelerating quickly and you'll notice a difference. I suspect the HHO folk are doing the same sort of thing, driving more efficiently, and mistakenly crediting the wrong thing.
I'm so sick of people like Warren914 that it's not even funny. Warren has never tried anything and is spouting his mouth off like he's an expert. If everyone thought like Warren we would still be worrying about falling of the edge of the flat earth. Warren grab a science book and trying READING it instead of proclaiming your VAST knowledge that isn't worth a hill of beans.
It sounds like you're probably not producing enough HHO. It takes a significant amount for even a four cylinder. I could be wrong but I don't think you can produce enough HHO at six amps to help you. My experience has been you can't but again you may have a much more efficient cell.
I've gotten a 15% increase in MPG. That's not enormous but it did work. In the end I actually found it to be too much hassle to keep up with for the small increase so I took it back off.
About the most you will ever achieve despite claims is roughly 25% increase in MPG.
Hydrogen Hybrid Technologies (a REAL company, not some rookie in his garage – they are on the stock exchange) has contracts in other countries including Canada. Check out the links below.
Again I think you aren't producing enough hho.
